Todd J. BurgessCPA / CGMA
Todd is currently the Managing Partner of A. M. Peisch & Company, LLP, as well as the partner in charge of the Colchester office. He joined the firm in 1988 and is an audit, tax, and consulting partner in the Colchester office, specializing in providing auditing, accounting, tax, and consulting services to local area businesses. Todd primarily concentrates in serving the automotive, construction, municipal and non-profit industries. Todd is the Firm's Partner in Charge of all Employee Benefit Plan audits and is responsible for the direction and conduct of all Employee Benefit Plan audit engagements. He also provides tax preparation and planning services to individual and corporate taxpayers.
Andrew P. Simonds
Andrew joined the firm in 2008 and is a partner in our Rutland office. He specializes in providing auditing, accounting, and consulting services to financial institutions, credit unions, and not-for-profits. He also provides audit, review, compilation, and tax preparation and planning services to a variety of clients. Kevin J. ManahanCPA
Kevin joined the Firm in 1981 and is the partner-in-charge in our St. Albans office. He brings to the Firm experience in the construction industry. From an internal management standpoint, he is the Chair of our Firm's Tax Committee. Kevin serves as our well-versed representative to those clients with closely held, and family owned small business. Also, count on him to address business transitional planning (start-up, buy-sell, and exit strategy), agricultural industry survival-- if not growth, and retirement and estate planning.
Christopher R. GouletteCPA
Chris joined the firm in 1984 and is a partner in the St. Albans office. He specializes in providing auditing, accounting, tax, and consulting services to local area businesses, non-profits and local governments. Chris has primarily concentrated in serving the agricultural, construction and non-profit industries, as well as local towns and school districts. He also provides tax preparation and planning services to individual taxpayers. Chris is a member of the Firm's Audit and Accounting Committee and serves on other committees within the firm. Chris annually attends the AICPA Government and Non-Profit Training Program so that he may better serve his current and future clients in the local government and non-profit sectors.
Angela M. NelsonCPA
Angela Nelson joined the firm in 2013 and is a tax partner in our West Lebanon office. With over 20 years of solid, varying accounting experience, she currently is responsible for engagements in all areas of taxation, financial statement preparation, and business and individual planning. Angela provides a wide variety of tax and accounting services to an array of industries including retail, service, manufacturing, construction, government, and not for profits. Angela also has a large individual practice specializing in tax compliance, planning, estate, gift, and trusts. In addition, she has successfully navigated hurdles associated with communicating and dealing with the various taxing authorities. Bookkeeping and payroll services are also an offering.
Mandy C. GilesCPA / CFE
Mandy joined the firm in 1988 and is a partner in the West Lebanon office. She specializes in providing auditing, accounting and consulting services to financial institutions and non-profit organizations. She also provides audit, review, compilation and tax preparation and planning services to a variety of clients. She is the Chair of the Firm's Audit and Accounting Committee and a member of the Financial Services Committee. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner and spearheads the use of data extraction software throughout the Firm.
Aaron R. MacAskill
Aaron is currently the partner-in-charge of the West Lebanon office. He served as managing partner of the firm from 2004 to 2014. He is a member of the Tax committee and Financial Institution Committees. Since joining the Firm in 1981, Aaron has been responsible for a variety of audit and attest engagements in the community bank, not-for-profit and governmental areas. He has implemented accounting and internal control systems in de novo financial institutions as well as assisting local non-profits with strengthening their accounting and internal control processes. He manages the West Lebanon office’s estate, gift and trust tax practice as well as tax planning for individuals and entity returns.
