COVID-19 Update

Your accountants and bookkeepers at A.M. Peisch & Company, LLP hope everyone receiving this message is safe and doing well during this crisis. We have been working hard to prioritize the safety of our employees while continuing to provide exceptional customer service during this critical time for our clients.

Our offices have reopened for our staff. We are wearing facial coverings, social distancing, remotely working when appropriate, and continue to discourage in-person contact unless unavoidable. We have made accommodations for safe pickup and drop-off of information just outside the entrance to our office suites. Some locations also have a drop box just outside of the main entrance to office space that is available 24/7. Please coordinate with your office of need.

We are watching the data, and based on that data, will make the appropriate decisions as we move forward. You can always reach us by phone or e-mail. We are still not functioning like we normally do; so thank you for your patience as we get back to you.

Here are some additional proactive steps we have put in place:

  1. All clients are encouraged to use our Secure Firm Portal or Citrix ShareFile to securely send us files and exchange documents online. You can access the portal via our website or https://www.securefirmportal.com & our ShareFile site here
  2. Please call or email us at if you want to schedule a phone or video appointment in lieu of a live visit.
  3. To accommodate any concerns our clients and staff may have, we have taken the following additional steps:
    • We have increased the cleaning and sanitation of our offices.
    • We have added additional alcohol-based sanitizer around our office.
    • We informed our staff if anyone is feeling ill (fever or cough), they need to stay home.

If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms and must come to an office, please let our team know so that we can discuss options with you to ensure our collective well-being.

During this difficult time, we are committed to serving our clients and staff with care and consideration. We will continue to monitor the situation and take precautionary measures to promote the health and safety of our staff and clients.
